These three farms are all operated by one company and are all within the East Midlands. Two of the farms are long established organic dairy units where the fields and paddocks are in place. These two farms will be flown with a UAV to create a single orthomosaic which will then be used to check field sizes. The third farm is split between dairy and arable. The dairy part of the farm has been in operation for a number of years but doesn't have an optimised layout. As with the farm extensions recently planned and mapped a new layout will be designed in GIS and will include new cattle tracks, pipelines and fencing. In addition quantities of materials for the new infrastructure will be provided.
