The DJI Phantom 4 Pro is often regarded as the entry level UAV for professional use. However this UAV is full of technology as is common with DJI's new technology. Using light weight materials the UAV is light and therefore has greater endurance with flights of upto 25 minutes. The UAV has a 1 inch 20Mp sensor which allows high quality stills and 4k video to be captured. In addition it has the latest collison avoidance technology as well as the capability to carry out a number of other functions including flying points of interst, waypoints as well as other modes.

We have already put the Phantom to good use capturing imagery for two farms extending to 1400 acres. This project was to create orthomosaics and detailed farm plans using GIS. In addition a quick project was completed on New Years Day taking advantage of a site being closed with little traffic in the locality. Subject to weather more site surveys are planned over the next 2 weeks.
