I am already using an Inspire 1, Phantom 4 Pro, Mavic 2 Pro and the Mavic 2 Zoom will add greater flexibility. With a high quality sensor and the zoom facility this drone is ideally suited to roof and infrastructure inspections. It has the added benefit of being compact and quiet. Whilst the Inspire 1 with the X5 and interchangable lenses is also good for capturing detailed imagery the Mavic 2 Series are very stable and allow close up shots to be captured.
I have experienced a couple of occassions where clients have asked for the drone to be used to be "quiet" and they are less interested in the equipment deployed than the data captured. These drones suit the type of work I often carry out, a typical requirement is a roof survey in conjunction with a lease renewal. Usually I am involved with commercial property and larger "sheds". In these cases the Mavic is fit for purpose whilst recognizing some of the work fellow drone operators undertake in accurately surveying historic buildings. In these cases a larger drone is often required in conjunction with cameras taking very high definition imagery.
