I have just completed my First Aid at Work traing with St Johns Ambulance. A comprehensive 3 day course which was very informative and now gives me the skills and confidence to administer First Aid. It was training I had been meaning to do for some time but kept on putting off. 

Having been through three days of training it makes you realise how little you know. The last training I had done was over 30 years ago. Whether applied to the work environment or at home (where most accidents happen) it is a useful skill to have.
