More clients are seeing the benfits of having regular construction updates. Whilst more technical work continues on sites (eg volumetrics) video updates are proving to be very popular. Even on a large construction site sufficient footage can be captured to create a 2 to 3 minute video. For this work we have using a DJI Phantom 4 Pro (+ occassionally an Inspire 1 Pro/X5) and we have now acquired a Mavic 2 Pro.

The Mavic 2Pro is a compact drone, it is quiet, good flight times and has great camera/sensor. We mainly capture 4k footage as most clients are using large (or very large screens to watch the video). With only a few minutes required to set up the drone flights can be conducted quickly and efficiently. We first put it to use the day after it was acquired and so far we are very pleased.
